Oh mommy!!! Uniqua is sooo funny!!
We went to Port Jefferson Village yesterday. Watched the cars going in the ferry and went to the marina to watch the boats. Then I found my birthday presents in one of the small stores. It's not the 18-200 VR lense but we have home improvements to do in the house and I made the executive decision to get a small present.
I had the turtle last year for my birthday and I saw the pelican and octopus (DS is obsessed with anything octopus). I am not too much into glass pieces but I loved the colors. It matched my turtle and the octopus reminds me to DS so I really liked it. The pelican has a fish in its mouth.

Yes, Hecksher park.... so many memories! I always think about you when I go there and I get all emotional about it. He was only a few weeks old on the 1st shoot.
DH has "forbid" me to get pro pics since he got me my Nikon last year. 
I did not give up on them. I just let him "think" he wins "sometimes".
Hairy legs comment = PIMP
