Re: late night snacks?
Carbs are pretty filling so crackers, bread, roll, etc should help.
I usually eat a few hershey kisses to satisfy my sweet tooth!

Re: late night snacks?
Ive actually kept some saltines, chewy granola bars, and special k bars and water by my bed just in case I wake up hungry.

Re: late night snacks?
When that started happening to me I started having a low sugar protein shake right before bed. Pre-pregnancy I would always drink 0 Carb Isopure but I bc I wasn't training like that anymore after find out I was PG I switched to Lean Shake from GNC just to maintain the addt'l protein and help with my hunger cravings not for any figure maintenance. It worked wonders for me and the protein shakes have always helped to keep me regular too so an added perk. And the lean shakes from GNC taste really good; I blend them with ice and Skim Plus milk and its a nice little treat right before bed... during the day when I have one I add a banana and some peanut butter too and that's even better!

Re: late night snacks?
I've read that it's better to have a high protein snack late-night. It helps keep your blood sugar more stable, which will help prevent you from waking up hungry and possibly prevent wacky dreams. I've been eating yogurt before bed the last few nights and it seems to be helping.

Re: late night snacks?
I have a tall glass of milk (or chocolate milk) right before bed and that fills me up!
