Late night craving
Oh boy! My sister mentioned the word bagel and I immediately craved it. I had one that's been in the freezer for a month and a half so I nooked it, toasted it, and melted cheese on it. The bottom was a little chewy but oh it was good!!! Stuff like this is going to be really bad for me!! I need some more control!

I have been having a mini-bagel with cream cheese before bed, every night this week! It has helped me from getting m/s in the middle of the night!

Now i want a bagel  i used to drink oj in the am but now i get heartburn/reflux so i make a drink from my childhood. Oj and milk with sugar over ice. Yum!
