When we tried to use the warranty, they lied and stiffed us. The company said that anything over 3/4" sag was covered under the warranty. I measured 1.5" and when their "expert" came I watched him and he measured 2" !!! They sent us a letter saying it was under 3/4" We bought a serta in August and so far, so good
