Last Night's Dinner
I wanted to make something different last night - something I've never made before, but also something that wouldn't take long. After some searching, I found a few recipes that I thought would all go great together....low and behold:
Coconut Crusted Chicken with Pineapple Salsa and Pina Colada Dipping Sauce:
It was DELICIOUS! Looking forward to my leftovers for lunch today
