Please tell me if I am missing anything... We need to do it in White Plains and we live in Hoboken-- so, if we forget anythign, we are SCREWED.
- certified checks
- check book
- drivers license, passports
- list of any other questions for sellers

I can't think of anything, but if you THINK you may need something, just bring it. I had to have my marriage certificate. Don't ask.

You could ALWAYS call your attorney and ask him/her. That's what we did.
