Lasagna?
Does Lasagna have to be made w/a meat sauce?
I just got home from the supermarket and forgot the ground beef and I'm wondering if I can make it w/o meat and use marinara sauce only....

No you don't have to use meat...I sometimes use just cheese (Ricotta and Mozarella) and sauce...I sometimes add spinach to it.

you don't even need red sauce really. you can use a bechamel with veggies. there are no rules!!

I grew up eating Lasagna made with Bechamel.
Sometimes my mom would add meat if she had it other times just the Bechamel & a veetable or to.
