landscaper question
we are purchasing a home, will probably move in December. the house has some crazy landscaping which I'm pretty sure DH and I will kill in no time.
so here is my dumb question, If we were to hire landscapers, when do they start working? I 'm thinking we won't have $ immediatley when we move in, but in the spring we should be ok to pay for landscaping
and when ppl say pay extra for "clean up" what does that mean exactly is it for garbage, or leaves? I'm confused

Re: landscaper question
They would do a spring clean up - removing all the leaves and dead stuff from the winter, start with whatever fertilizers and such, etc. It is extra but it's worth it. We have it done in the spring and fall. After the spring clean up they'll start with maintenance.
