This may sound silly .. but I have to ask .. do I bring anything to lamaze with me? like a pillow or something?

I just signed up this AM and was told to bring a pillow, blanket and a towel.

north shore manhasset .. but plainview offers, so does Winthrop .. all depends on the days you want the the schedule they offer
