Lamaze At Home
We did our lamaze today with a woman that comes to your house... I have to tell you it was AWESOME.... she was extremely thorough and talked about everything: L&D, body changes, breathing, massage, infant care, breastfeeding, pain meds, etc.
Plus, I got to sit on my couch through the entire thing!!! I highly recommend her... if anyone is interested.....
Im in Suffolk, but she travels all over Long Island....
