How is it there mid june? Weather and places open? Is it pool weather? ?

I think everything would be open, and the weather would be 70-80s, but the lake itself will be freezing!

I believe everything is open. They have events and festivals in June, including a motorcycle weekend. Double check to make sure it doesn't coincide with your dates because hotels are booked a year in advance.
It may be warmer in the Catskills.

June is usually still on the cooler side and the lake will be very cold. First week of June will be Americade, which is "Bike Week". That week is super crowded and LOUD with all the bikes. Its also generally rainy - literally the past 4 years in a row it has rained most of americade.
Later in June (closer to July) is usually much better as far as weather and lake temps.
Everything is open in June up there. Once you hit Memorial Day everything in the village is open for the season.
