Lake George
Sorry... I did not know how to X-post :)
My sister is looking into going to Lake George for a week in the summer. Does anyone know anything about either the Juliana Resort or the Contessa? She has 3 kids. Thanks!

Lake George
I grew up going to Lake George. I have stayed at the Juliana and Treasure Cove before switching to the Georgian (in town). All are nice but last time I was there the Juliana was OLD. I mean not renovated since I stayed with my parents in the early 80s. Depe Deans is another choice that is very clean.

I grew up in Lake George...I don't know anything about Contessa but last I had heard, the Juliana was a bit outdated.
My brother is good friends with the owner of Treasure Cove and I highly recommend it. He recently updated everything and it is very family friendly. There are 2 pools, a little playground, beach, etc. It is also a good location--it isn't right in the middle of the touristy village but not too far from everything.
