I don't travel for work but I have spoken to my doctor about traveling because my parents live out of state. First of all, your fatigue will go away. In the second trimester you will be a lot less tired than the first semester so hang in there. It will get easier.

As for traveling, check with your doctor. My doctor is fine with me traveling up until the month prior to my due date. I will be flying for the last time at 30 weeks.

I flew all over the place till 28 weeks, that's when my OB told me that she prefer I stop traveling.

ETA: it is normal to feel exhausted during your first trimester. You should be getting your energy back in your second trimester.

im not scared of the actual flying. its the standing all day at trade shows and non stop dinners and meetings that i attend when i travel. i think it might be too much to handle. it can be exhausting when you're not pg so im just worried what i'll be like now. for example, i'll have 1 show coming up where i take a 5am flight out to florida, go straight to the convention center from the airport to setup, then work the show all day until 6pm. then attend a dinner at 8 which usually will go straight until 10-11pm with all the BS talking they all do!Chat Icon then go to my hotel to sleep then catch the red eye out. im scared that a day like that will be overwhelming on my body.
