ladies in your last weeks..
do you have a lot of vaginal pressure. i have had nonstop vaginal pressure since last night at 7pm. but i have no contractions. can it be the baby coming down? last fri i wasa 2-3cm dialated 50% effaced
can i be close to labor without having contractions?

I say yes, you could be close to labor. I was 3cm and more than 90% effaced a few days before I went into labor. I was having contractions on the fetal monitor, but I couldn't feel them at all. The pressure was constant for the last few days. I felt like she was going to fall out when I stood up. I would walk as much as possible to get the baby moving into position.

I definitely feel alot of pressure, but it's not constant. Sometimes I feel like  is just gonna fall out, sometimes I feel normal..

Yes, i have alot of pressure and fee like  will fall out of me at any time. I really thought Saturday was it for with the painful contraction i was having but they stopped. 
My appointment last Thursday i was told i am thinning out but not dialted. Im hoping this Thursday's appointment I am dilating.

I am so sore and have so much pressure down there I cannot believe it!
I don't know if it's because I have scoliosis that I'm feeling it more due to the baby's position on my back. I start internals this Thursday & just have a feeling I'm going to go earlier than my scheduled C-Section on 8/27

same here. The best I can describe the pressure is that it literally feels like  is headbutting my pelvis. My midwife said that thats essentially what he's doing and you get that feeling when they are "dropping".

I thought it might be the dropping...ooh the pressure can be awful!
