Ladies i need your help

I was losing weight in the summer and even september before my birthday ' I was doing great" Now for the last month and a half i've been gaining, I dont know what i'm doing wrong, I feel like a failure!Chat Icon I've been eating my cereals, salads, my w.w. ice cream for snacks, 100 calories snacks, Not al of the time but once in a while i'll have starbucks. MY DDH brings home snacks that i cant eat and Yes they're tempting!!Chat Icon I just dont know what i'm doing wrong??? Can you give me new ideas for breakfast and lunch, Dinner, Or what do i need to add to my diet ? what kind of protein, fiber, vitamin can i take??? I refuse to gain my weight back, I JUST cant. I need to start losing, I guess maybe i should just give up??? I dont know i'm so down about this.Chat Icon I know i wont give up but i just feel really, really down.

Don't give up! You are doing great- you may have hit a bump in the road but it will get better! Chat Icon

Have you been tracking everything?
Have you adjusted your points as your weight has decreased?
Are you drinking all your water?
Do you exercise?

Maybe change up your diet? If you've been eating the same things maybe you need to switch it up?

also if you tend to eat the same foods sometimes you end of creeping up on the portion sizes. Maybe all you need to do is take a step back to make sure that all the right things you are eating are the right amount....also make sure its not too much carbs and not enough protein

I also find that if I eat alot of the ww foods or 100 cal packs etc as snacks, they dont satisfy me enough and I end up eating a bit more. I don;t know if that's the case with you but maybe?

Also I definitely think water is the KEY!

don't you dare give up and you're not a failure!!! just because dh brings home the food, that doesn't mean you need to have it. remember, you can't stop him from eating the foods that he likes. when he brings it home, just say no thank you. you could do it. if you did it for, you could do it now. just take it one day at a time. eat foods you cook at home. don't have take out foods where they load it with salt

I completely agree with all of the above. Are you TRULY tracking everything?? Ro, it sounds like you are eating a lot of "empty" calories. All of those 100 calorie snacks and ww ice creams can actually prevent you from losing weight if you are eating them all the time.

Try to eat more from the filling foods list. Add more lean protein and whole grains.

Yep...too many empty calories...try more fruit, veggies and "real" foods vs. Processed foods

Put DH in his place!! No junk in the house!! I don't allow DH to keep any snacks aside from fruit,nuts & veggies. At first he hated it but he's used to it now & he's lost weight.

We only eat junk on Wednesdays (our day off work) After Wednesday, no junk in the house!! I include pasta/ rice & potatoes as junk (but I know thats a little intense)

i would never keep dh away from the foods he likes. your dh knows you're doing w.w. if he must bring the food in, ask him not to bring a lot of it in

This week should be better, I will be tracking, i guess i have been slacking on that..But the good thing is i'm exercising more maybe i need to work out for more than an hour, I will start drinking some protein drinks, and maybe more milk. Can you guys give me ideas for maybe lunch and dinner.. Maybe something that i haven't tried , I up for any ideas of dishes you ladies have.Thanks
