Ladies I did it..
At 9:15pm I started my first blood transfusion. I was definitely scared and my pulse went up and the nurse actually asked if I was sure I wanted to do it. Then of all things I had a slight fever and had to get tylenol before they could give it but its running through the IV as I type so no turning back. My parents have been supportive (since I decided to do it) and to tell you the truth I think their reluctance was due to protecting me-their baby. One of the nurses pointed that out that I am their baby and the same inclination I have to protect my  they have to me so I cant get too upset with them for not originally wanting me to have the transfusions. Just glad it all worked out positively thus far. Thanks for all the advice..It helped me to make my decision.

Hi, I don't red the preg board much, but I just saw your post. I'm soo sorry that you are having such a hard time. I had a difficult pg too...although definately not as difficult as yours!!!
If you ever need anything or want to talk, feel free to fm me. Are you going to get to go home before the birth?? I hope so.. Hang in there..

Thank u so much. Nope I dont get to go home unfortunately. But the nurses have become sort of like my family. One just came in to see me and she isnt even assigned to my room.
