LA Fitness - Farmingdale
Anyone a member?
I really wanted some classes so we cancelled our Planet fitness membership and joined LA Fitness last night.
I wanted to know if anyone has any recs for specific classes.

I go to the one in Lake Grove, but I like the spinning and body works classes so far
