I don't think she looks so terrible - jeans, sweatshirt - she doesn't look like a hot mess .........just not, done up - at all.
I will say that tatoo is god awful

Agree with everything.
I just think people don't like her and therefore hate everything about her. Shes just one of those girls that gets that reaction from people. You either love her or hate her no in between.
