Kohl’s?
Is it just me or do they seem to have less coupons lately? I don’t have a card but I always had coupons!

They have a 30% off every month from like the 6th to the 12th around there.
Then when those are expired they usually have a 20% off or something mid month.
I don't notice any less, it's always been like that

Same. I can almost always find a coupon.

Maybe that’s because you don’t have a card? For cardholders there’s almost always some sort of coupon. I only shop when there’s a 30%
