Knoebel's --- Need Hotel Help

We're planning on going for a few days next week with my parents.

Any recommendations for hotels around the area?

Also, what else is there to do around the area (if anything)?

We are going up on friday eary morning.. there are hotels on their site.. usally we stay like 15-20 mins away... about a hour away is the outlets right off 80.. aslo off 80 there is a flea market on the weekends... other then that not much to do..
