Knife sharpening
Do you go somewhere? If so where? Or do you use an at home sharpener?

Re: Knife sharpening
I bought a cheap at home sharpener, like $20. You just run your knife through it, I found I had to do it at least twice as long as the directions say (maybe my knives were just really dull?) and it worked great.
Wow what a difference a sharp knife makes!

Re: Knife sharpening
Henkels has an inexpensive one at Crate and Barrel. It has a handle and you run the knife right through.
