Knee High leather boots
Is it possible to get a shoe repair person to get them stretched at the shaft? I have boots that I love but they shrunk in my closet over the summer. I cant even zip them up anymore. 
If this is not possible, is there any way I can stretch them myself??

i just had my shoe repair guy stretch a pair of boots for me that had no zipper, went up to the knee but wouldnt go up my calf (i can even tuck skinny jeans into them now). i'm not sure about doing it yourself.

Awesome. I'm going to bring them in.
Mine has a zipper & a little stretchy elastic piece on the top. I can zip them halfway up. Any further would stop all blood circulation in my leg.
 How much did they charge you?

i know all about cutting circulation off. $25 and it took him a week.
