kindergarten Registration
If i plan on moving back to LI (not sure yet) how do i register my DD for Kindergarten if the deadline has already passed? Do i have to enroll her in a private Kindergarten or do they make exceptions if you have just moved to the district?

i'm pretty sure you can register at any time. They just like to have them all early so they can plan accordingly.

You can register anytime. Basically it is done early to give the district an idea of the numbers for K. As well, paperwork needs to be entered into the computer, mailins need to be sent out, etc. (I work in a school)
