I was thinking the same thing. I don't find her pretty at all from the typical pics- but I think she looks very pretty here.

And it was probably intentional because all the flack she's been getting for travelling to Europe and leaving her infant daughter at home.  I don't believe anything happens by chance in this family.
ETA: I LOVE Kanye's short sleeved hooded sweatshirt!
