Kim K - gaining weight on purpose?
Saw this on cover of In Touch at the grocery store....of course I know most of these stories are made-up but I would TOTALLY believe this one!
It said she is being paid to gain a lot of weight so she can be a spokesperson for weight loss after the baby - ala Jess Simpson.
Thoughts?
I think every member of this family will do absolutely anything for a dollar. Even if that means putting a baby at risk by not eating healthy during pregnancy. They have absolutely no actual talent or skills and therefore need to find any quick way to make a buck.
Disgusting.
FWIW, I don't believe Jessica Simpson gained on purpose, I think she made a profit off her situation but I really don't believe she was planning it from the get-go. Maybe I'm niave.

I totally believe Kim K is doing this on purpose.
It will be interesting to see if any of the weight-loss companies offer her anything. She is just a polarizing figure, I wouldn't be surprised if none of the companies want her.

I don't think so, she does go to the gym. The more weight you gain, more risk of stretch marks and stretched sagging skin. I don't think she would risk her looks or body for a weight loss contract. Some people gain a lot during pregnancy

I totally think she's doing it on purpose. When you have that much money you can do whatever to get rid of stretch marks and sagging skin. That family is nothing but a bunch of fame whores! Except for Khloe of course!

I agree with this and I HATE when media comments on pregnant women's weight for this reason. What was said about jessica simpson was pretty mean, for example.
Many people gain "more than average" or whatever during pregnancy - myself included! and I totally know everyone is different with this, some people will naturally gain more or less.
It's just this whole family is so gross, when I saw this headline in the checkout line, I figured it made a lot of sense

I kind of think this is the most ridiculous Kim K rumor yet. She's pregnant and happens to look amazing when dressed well. Sh isn't big by any standard of measure.

I agree- I have to fight to keep my weight down- just like Jessica and Kim- I am only 5'2 and every pound looks like 10

For GOD sake she is PREGNANT, you are SUPPOSE to gain weight when you are growing a life inside of you. WTF is wrong with peoplel???
She looks great...granted her taste in maternity clothing is a whole other ball game. Aside from that I don't understand why people are knocking her about her changing body.
Hate her all you want but she is a beautiful pregnant woman - again clothing choice aside.
ETA: She isn't gaining a lot of weight - 25lbs is nothing at this point in her pregnancy, plus she is at the gym a lot.

I am really not a fan of Kim K but this just makes me mad/sad. She is growing a human being! No wonder us women are so hard on ourselves when we gain pregnany weight

THis! I dont like the way she is dressing her through out her pregnancy but its natural for her body to get this big, she is not a naturally tiny girl that only is going to gain weight in her belly she work really hard to look skinny so now her body is doing what it would naturally would do.

I don't feel bad for her - Sorry. She built an empire on her looks, that's what she's paid for - So, she has to suck it up and take the good w/ the bad and just keep cashing her checks.
I seriously doubt she cares what anyone thinks - she's laughing all the way to the bank !
I don't think she's gained an exessive amount of weight - but I don't think there is anything genuine about her. Everything she says and does has an agenda behind it -
Jessica gained a ton b/c she was pregnant and wanted to eat and happily admited it - She just is who she is and doesn't apologize for it. Not that she should - but at least she's like - able. She's the girl you root for to lose 60 lbs b/c you just like her.
Kim is polarizing, not at all like-able. I really can't see anyone offering her a weight loss deal - she's not the kind of woman other women relate to or root for .....KWIM?

She doesn't seem to be gaining weight that much. It really all depends on her outfits. Some make her look bigger than what she actually is.
So on that note; I dont think she is gaining weight on purpose. But I can totally see how any moron could start this rumor so easily.
