Kidville commack suddenly closes
I can't say I'm at all surprised. I tried to call there on multiple occasions to inquire about classes and open play and never got an answer. It was very strange and horrible customer service.

Not surprised either. The teachers and office managers there and Roslyn are not professional. The price is way too high for what you get nice. Nice facilities, but immature staff.

I have never been to those locations but I happened to notice and stop into the one in Garden City while on lunch from work. They had some adorable educational toys and I bought two for Julian for Christmas.
At this particular location they seemed wonderful, attentive and informative. I don't know much about the classes but the woman there gave me a brochure. It is too far for us because I don't live near where I work but it seemed much better than the other locations being described above! What a shame that it varies so much depending on location.

Apparently the GC location is owned by a different owner than the Commack location. The Commack and Roslyn location are owned by the same person. I think the Roslyn location is a bit rundown but the staff loves my son- which is the only reason i go sometimes.
