Kid party places with adults attending.....pizza question

Ok so with the kiddies that are invited to a party place I know parents are coming (me and eh go to all parties). So there are like 30 adults if I assume both parents come and also grandparents. How many pizzas would u order? Do I then assume each adult will eat 2 slices? That's a lot of pizza! Anyone have a tip if you have don't this before

Thanks!!!!

Def not 2 slices each. I just had ds birthday party at home. 13 kids 28 adults and I ordered 7 pies and have 3 left overChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Last year we did it at a place and had about same adults and got 6 pies and had about 2left over. I thought because the kids were older they would eat more but they still didn't.

For 30 adults, I would probably get 5 pies. IME most people only eat one slice at kiddie birthday parties.

I guess figure 1.5x number of adults..

Not everyone eats two, but I've seen plenty of people eat it at the parties.

I think it depends on whether you will be serving other food and the amount of time you have to eat.

We had 6 families over the other day and had a total of 8 kids (including ours) and probably 15 adults. We ordered 4 pies and did not have enough. At every other event we have hosted, it feels like we have half leftovers. In the future, I would always rather have leftovers than not enough food.

I would order 1/2 slice per kid and 2 slices per adult. If you are expecting 15 kids and 30 adults, I would order 7-8 pizzas.

1 slice for each adult. I dont think I've had adults eat 2 slices.

I'm one of the parents that the b-day child parents go to when there's extra pizza, and they're begging people to eat more of it.... I'm usually up for eating more pizza, especially if I'm "helping out" the parents... Chat Icon Chat Icon
