I am 18wks pregnant, and all day I kept getting intermittent pains in my lower left pelvis area lasting seconds. I doubt it was kicks, but do you think I should be concerned?

that is the exact area that it started for me. About week 16. It felt like I was on a rollercoaster. Now I just feel random flutters.
