kick / movement count 32 wks
so yesterday dr did sono and my fluid is low and of course im panicking but havent felt bany hardly much today how much are you supposed to track

I don't remember how many...but drink a LOT of cold water or juice and then lay down on your back or side. You should feel baby go crazy kicking your full bladder.
