He seemed to be.
He was trying to kiss my brother on the cheek and was just very nice to anyone who wanted to take a picture.
Kinda just mingled with everyone and having a few drinks.
I didn't realize he was from Patchogue till I looked him up.

You can find him hanging around Patchogue throughout the summer. He owns Dublin Deck and Parabel. I have hung out with him a few different times by chance.
He is very nice and he is small!
