Keurig for Iced Drinks?

How is the Keurig for Iced drinks? I prefer to drink iced over hot. Do you have to buy cups that are specific for iced?

I have only tried the coffee pods that re made for iced and honestly, I don't like them. I am sure that you can use the regular coffee pods too......

I honestly don't like the Keuring for iced coffee or tea at all. If that were the only reason you were buying it I would suggest you don't bother.

It's a PITA to make and the coffee doesn't even come out that good.

Re: Keurig for Iced Drinks?

i have made iced coffee with both the keurig specific ICED coffee, and with regular coffee keurig

The iced def tastes better but you can use both. So easy to make -- stick the keurig k cup in the machine, fill a cup with ice and hit brew.

I made a iced coffee to take to work every day -- made it right in my travel container

Re: Keurig for Iced Drinks?

I guess I'm in the minority! I like making iced coffee in my Keurig. I've only used regular k-cups (like Gloria Jean Hazelnut) along with the "brew over ice" function on my machine. I'm waiting for Starbucks to sell their k-cups so I can see how big of a difference it is between making it at home or buying it outside.

DH likes using iced tea k-cups to make sweet raspberry iced tea. I'm not a fan of it.
