Keratin Hair Treatment
I got it done yesterday and my naturally loose curly hair doesn't look or feel any different than when I straighten it myself with a flat iron... except that it's flatter than usual... I can't wash it until later tonight because it has to stay in 24 hours without washing so i'll see what it's like after the first wash... but has anyone else had this done?? Was there a big difference?

Yes there was a big difference for me. The other thing for me is that it washed out of my hair in 2 months when it should have lasted longer! But-I wash my hair every other day so that could be why but I just can't go more than that not to wash my hair. Otherwise I loved the treatment and want to do it again! It made my life so much easier even if it was only for 2 months lol

Re: Keratin Hair Treatment
I had the Keratin done at the end of June and I couldn't wash it for 3 days. For those days when I couldn't wash it, it was pin straight. After I washed it it made my hair so much easier to blow out and I have thick curly hair and when I let it air dry it was much less frizzy and just wavy. It didn't really straighten my hair. I don't think it's designed for that. My SIL does hair and what she told me is that it takes out 100% of your frizz and 80% of your curl. I agree with the previous poster in that it def didn't last as long as they said it would, but I'm still having it done again in Oct. Made my hair so much nicer during this hot and humid summer.

Re: Keratin Hair Treatment
Thanks. The one I had done only needed to stay in for 24 hours so I washed it last night and I couldn't believe that I blew my hair out in 10 minutes... It usually takes me at least 45...and it's so soft and shiny.... I love it... I will definitely be getting it done again when it washes out.

My cousin is a hair dresser. She did mine, which is great because I couldn't see myself spending $300 to get it done!!
