Keep or Toss
Ok so DS party was on Saturday.
I have in my fridge a very full tray of ziti and a tray of rice.
I was about to toss them but my DH thinks they are still good.
So toss or keep?

I have a ton of food left over from my DD's party this weekend....we froze a lot of it but the pasta we kept in the fridge, which I will probably warm up tonight for dinner.

ziti I'd still eat, but asap.. rice, eh, probably fine but doesn't usually reheat all that well (in my experience anyway)

I agree, especially since it's pasta and rice. if it were fish, it would be a different story, but even if it were meat, I'd say you have a few more days. DH will eat leftover pasta for 2 weeks. I toss it after a week, but i'm sure it's still actually fine

It microwaves much better if you put a wet paper towel over the rice.
