Keep Calm and Hydrate PSA
After almost blacking out at work today and feeling out of it all day I headed to my doctor this afternoon. After a complete workup it seems that I was severely dehydrated and have a UTI to boot. Even though I thought I was drinking plenty of water I guess it wasn't enough. As for the UTI, I had no clue cause any symptoms I had I thought were just typical pregnancy ones. So make sure you have your H2O handy!

2 16oz bottles plus countless cups at home along with juice and decaf tea. I did recently cut back my fluids at night because I was up four times a night to pee.
