Did she have a text buddy or a contact IRL? I hope everything is OK too. I know she was having a C section when she did give birth so she would probably still be in the hospital.

i heard from katie - she is fine, her water did not break, but she is losing more of her mucus plug!
i am sure she will update when she can but she is scheduled for a c-section on the 18th so she will be a mommy soon no matter what!!
and i am her text buddy, so i will let you know when her little arrives

Hi girls! Thanks so much for thinking of me, you are too sweet! I've had a hectic few days and no time for LIF. My water didn't break last week but I have been losing my plug as LB said. That same night with the water I also had some major contractions for about an hour and now nothing since! But it was enough to kick my nesting into gear at long last so at least my house is clean! I've tried raking leaves, walking the mall, etc and no labor yet. I thought for sure he would arrive yesterday since my doc left on her vacation, but even that wasn't enough to evict him!
Surprisingly I still don't feel "done" with pregnancy-ive really enjoyed it and I think my anxiety about the birth and then taking him home is also making me want him to stay put at least until my doc gets back!
As LB said I have a c/s scheduled for 11/18 (my due date and wedding anni) because of my supposed very large baby and they won't let me go passed 40w.
If I go into labor on my own I will be playing it by ear on trying to deliver him vaginally if the labor is progressing well.
Thanks for the love and I will be sure to keep everyone posted!
