It was 400 degrees and oppressively humid in NYC yesterday and the days before and she's in leather pants and a long sleeved sweater made out of aluminum foil?

I have to say, I'm ALWAYS cold in the summer bec the A/C is kicking everywhere. I wear a sweater and/or pants when I go out.
I wouldn't wear THAT horrible outfit, but I would wear long sleeves and pants
