Yeah-sometimes they just want a lift.
I carried my 6 year old for a spell this weekend.. he was tired, cranky and just needed some extra Mommy cuddles.

Oh my...she really was carrying him around. I replied on the other post that I would never be able to do so personally but by gosh, she is a stronger woman apparently. OK, my DD is almost 6 and weighs 40 lbs. My DS is 7 1/2 and weighs about 60. So I am guessing this kid is about 45-50 lbs. Yikes!! God bless that she can and I really don't care if she does or doesn't but that's heavy IMO
ETA: Im a mental case bc I just tried doing it with my 7 1/2 year old and it's doable. He thought I was nuts though
