Viva Juans has karaoke on saturday nights. They have a location in selden which is kind of small IMO and one in centerport (never been). The centerport one replaced the one in huntington that used to be AWESOME for karaoke. I would call ahead though to make sure of the centerport one.
Fyi there is also one in rocky point I believe.

To the best of my knowledge the Viva Juans in Centerport does have it on Saturday night. But again I would call to be sure that it is still on.
