K-Mart return policy?
Do they accept items for store credit without a receipt? I want to return a kids life vest but I don't have the receipt (it was a gift).

their rule is 30 days with receipt.
not sure what the deal would be with a receipt. My kmart is usually good. its the sayville/bohemia location.
do you know if it was purchased using a shop your way rewards card?

It wasnt purchased with a rewards card. I just tried returnng it today at the Huntington location and they wouldn't take it because it wasnt an item that was exclusively sold by Kmart.

Yes it was there exclusive merchandise. It was the Farmingville store.
I would try target if it's an item they carry.
