just when the contracts are signed the rates are UP
So annoyed. we had to wait for the sellers to sign the contracts for almost 2 weeks and now just when we got them back the rates are up.  The mortgage person did say they expect it to be temporary, butit's still annoying bc we can't wait too long....
sorry, I guess I'm just venting
