Re: Just to satisfy my own curiousity...
Here's what I found:
About MENOPUR®
MENOPUR® is a highly purified preparation of naturally derived gonadotropins, called hMG. MENOPUR® contains equal amounts (75 IUs) of 2 kinds of hormonal activity: follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which helps stimulate egg production; and luteinizing hormone (LH), which helps the eggs mature and release (ovulate). MENOPUR® helps stimulate eggs to mature in women whose ovaries are basically healthy but are unable to develop eggs. It is not used for women who suffer from ovarian failure.
MENOPUR® is usually used together with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), and is indicated for the development of multiple follicles and pregnancy in women participating in an Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) program.

About BRAVELLE®
BRAVELLE® is a highly purified preparation of human follicle FSH, containing 75 IUs FSH with 2% luteinizing hormone (LH) activity. BRAVELLE® stimulates eggs to mature in women whose ovaries are basically healthy but are unable to develop eggs. It is not used by women who suffer from ovarian failure.
BRAVELLE® is usually used together with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), and is indicated for ovulation induction following pituitary suppression and multiple follicular development following pituitary suppression.
In Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), BRAVELLE® is unique in that it is the only FSH designed to be a partner to hMG. Widely studied for safety and effectiveness in mixed protocol, patients can mix hMG and BRAVELLE® in 1 syringe and administer 1 injection a day1. Only BRAVELLE® demonstrates efficacy across a wide range of patient types (younger patients3, older patients4, donor oocyte patients5, elevated body mass index (BMI) patients6).
----
Repronex:
Repronex® (menotropins for injection, USP) is a purified preparation of gonadotropins extracted from the urine of postmenopausal women. Each vial of Repronex® contains 75 International Units (IU) or 150 IU of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) activity and 75 IU or 150 IU of luteinizing hormone (LH) activity, respectively, plus 20 mg lactose monohydrate in a sterile, lyophilized form. The final product may contain sodium phosphate buffer (sodium phosphate tribasic and phosphoric acid). Repronex® is administered by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG), a naturally occurring hormone in post-menopausal urine, is detected in Repronex®.

It looks like those are all by Ferring Pharmaceuticals.

Re: Just to satisfy my own curiousity...
I know for sure that Follistim is a singular (FSH) medication and Menopur is a combo (FSH and LH). Not sure about the others.

I think they differ by the amount of LH they have in them.
