I can't move either- I am ready for bed
I picked the wrong night to use heavier weights at my class
it will all be worth it!

I got 2 free trainer sessions at my gym and told the guy to kick my a$$ and boy did he! I had the most intense work out - it was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still sore 3 days later!
