Just had a really good omelette
3 egg whites
Fresh spinach
Roasted red peppers
Rotisserie turkey
Artichoke hearts
Green olives
Black Olives
A little black pepper
Saute it all up and add the egg whites. I then put this mixture into a whole wheat wrap.
It was yummy and filling

I made it again today. I added onions and mushrooms to it. It was really good and filling

You can basically add anything to it. I also put in garlic and tomatoes
