Just got my window quotes from Renewal By Anderson
$4300 for front window (4 casement windows with grides)....also includes $550 for removing brick in front to make the window bigger
$6100 for bay window in back of the house
Are these insane prices or am I just totally clueless?

Is that with installation? It sounds like alot. We are looking at getting a big three casement window with grids and it will cost us less then 1000 so $4300 sounds like an awful lot. I would call up a local place with the anderson model number and see how much the window actually cost.

I agree that sounds kinda high. We're getting a large Andersen bay window and with installation the quote was $4300.

it's totally alot. we bought brand new anderson bay window and installed ourselves. it was no more than 1500.00 from home depot!

Could you FM me his info? We need to replace most of the windows in our house and I'd love to put a huge bay window in my LR.

mine was all custom too... it took about 8 weeks to get. we also did sliders out to patio at the same time.

Windowrama. It's a 10 foot window. I'm not sure how much the window itself is b/c that price is with installation. Maybe I'll check out HD for the window also. Although, when I bought regular andersen windows HD didn't have better prices than windowrama. Doesn't hurt to try, though.

Therer is an outlet center for Windowrama on Rt. 110 by Adventureland. They have a lot of those big windows. Might be worth a look.
