Just got my new estimated assessment value...
I knew the projected value would go down, but I don't know why I'm so shocked by how much it went down...
Over 100K!!!!!!!!!
Wow...
Our house is worth less in profit than we put into it...luckily we weren't planning on going anywhere!!
I guess I'm just stating the obvious at this point...
