Just bought these shoes and need help...

Nothing or sometimes I will wear fishnet knee highs. I think they make my feet look less huge and white.

Ditto- I'm not a fan of it but my feet freeze. And with the pants covering you an barely see that you have knee highs on...

I wear knee highs so the shoes backs do not irritate the back of my heels.
