Just an update on our sale
Well I had posted the beginning of the month that we had an offer that we felt was too low and another offer that after we countered a few times we agreed on a number. He had the inspection and even though we said we would waterproof the outside he decided to back out of the house. Fine by me because I was getting tired of games he was playing with us.
When he backed out my DH said we should counter the first offer. My REA thought it was good idea too and it worked out  (so you girls were right). It is less than we wanted but at the same time I think the most we will get for the market. We had the basement waterproofed and we had no water durning all that rain we had recently. So we are in contract with them and I think we are closing June 1st.
In the meantime we decided to make the move to NJ and found a house there and we close on that June 25th. It stinks that I have to move twice but we have to regardless because I am due with my  July 7th  I was so nervous at first to be somewhere new with no family but now I am excited. The only thing left to do is tell my parents (my mom will be devasted).
So that is the update on us
