Just an update
Thanks again everyone that commented the other day. We went for the consult and there was almost a distaster due to the azzhole secretary but that's a story for another day! 
So, bascially I have decided that I am not quite ready for this leap into IVF. Right now I am going to relish a break. Give my mind, body and marriage some detox time and do some soul searching. I have a feeling that in a few months I will know what exactly we will be doing. I really just could not make this decision with what felt like my back to the wall. Also, the doc and I had a few words regarding some philosophical difference as to who makes the ultimate treatment decisions (patient or doctor) so I would want to switch doctors anyway if we went ahead.
I will still be around, less frequently, but will still want to know how everyone is doing and of course cheering for the BFP's! I'll look forward to rejoining with full force in a few months, feeling refreshed and ready to take this IF beast by the horns, once and for all!
