I was honestly surprised they found her guilty of attempted murder.
I think she'll win on appeal.

I'm not sure how I feel about it. I have seen the final stages of chemo & the toll it takes on the patients. I could see how she would have a hard time with it because it truly does seem at times that the body can't take more. I can't imagine having to watch my child go through it.
If it was an intentional thing to rid herself of an incovenient situation, then throw away the key. I have a hard time thinking, although it's been proven time & time again with convictions ala Susan Smith - that someone would think that way about their child.

I'm not sure how I feel about this situation. I'm curious to know if the boy was on medication to ease the pain and the child was going to pass anyway, or if the absence of the medication led directly to his death. I think the answer to that question would influence my opinion.

According to doctors he was in remission and was looking at a 90% survival rate.

I don't have kids, and I don't know much about the case. However, I can't imagine a mentally stable person keeping medication from their child.
