Re: Jumparoo? Or Exersaucer?

We had one of each for DS & it was nice to have both but I'd def go for the excersaucer if I had to choose. The jumparoo was more fun to watch DS jump around in but he seemed to loose interest in a few months. He loved the excersaucer through his 1st bday & I put him in there when I needed to clean, take a shower, etc - he always loved it & it was super helpful to have.

My DD too. I thought she would love the jumperoo but she never wanted to stay in it. The exersaucer kept her busy for a long time.

Dd has them both - she prefers the jumparoo
The exersaucer was also more short lived...she liked it for maybe 2 months but the jumperoo she still loves at 8.5 months

One allows them to jump, the other doesn't.

Re: Jumparoo? Or Exersaucer?

Jumperoo - it just looked more fun to me and MY DD LOVES IT! From 6 months till now at 13 months she will jump jump jump away in there and she cracks up as she is jumping. It is so cute.

We have a borrowed exersaucer too and she tries to jump in it which I feel bad about because it doesn't bounce very much.. It has a little give but nothing like the jumperoo. We also have a walker and she tries to jump in that too! LOL! She is a lithe jumping bean!

DD hated the jumperoo as did I for the amount of space it took up in my living room.

We have both. We used the exersaucer starting around 4 months. The jumperoo we used around 8 months. He loves the jumperoo.

Re: Jumparoo? Or Exersaucer?

I have a jumaproo and my ds loves it! He is 16 weeks today and has been in it for a week or so. He was at my moms yesterday while I worked and she said she thought he missed it. That she felt like he wanted to jump. The jumparoo that I have has activities all around it also.

I had both for DD and would definitely pick the excersaucer if I had to choose. She used it much more frequently, stayed in it for longer stretches, and it's easy to move around when you need to. The jumperoo is huge and sometimes was a little overstimulating for DD.

Both! They serve different purposes and dd like each one better at different times.

Also the jumper when she was 5mos would tire her out and she'd sleep great! She's even fell asleep IN in and would wake 10m later and resume jumping. Loved it

Re: Jumparoo? Or Exersaucer?

We had both. DS enjoyed them both immensely - exersaucer when he was younger and then the jumparoo as he became an older infant. Both well worth it!

Re: Jumparoo? Or Exersaucer?

We bought the exersaucer and borrowed the jumparoo from a family member. We got a lot more use out of the exersaucer. I know a lot of babies do not like the jumparoo so I figured borrowing it was a better option for us.
